Foundations are underway on the 14 acre site in Lafayette, IN for the new Haggerty Point Four 175,000 sf warehouse for INOK Investments, LLC.

Construction is underway on the 20 acre site in Remington, IN for the new 245.000 sf warehouse terminal for Smith Transport based out of Roaring Springs, PA with Titan Construction & Engineering Services serving as the overall Design/Build construction firm.

Under construction in Hamlet, Indiana is this 40,940 sf warehouse and office addition for Norton Packaging based out of Hayward, California.

Titan Construction and Engineering was fortunate to serve as the Design/Build General contractor for (2) projects recently in northern Indiana.

Design/Build construction was completed in September Engineering by Titan Construction & the new "Northend Community Center" located on Elmwood Avenue in Lafayette. This 95,000 sf facility, another ministry of Faith Church of Lafayette, houses the church's administration offices and counseling facilities along with (91 collaborative partner organizations to serve the residents of the Lafayette north end.

Titan C & E was again fortunate to serve as the general contractor for INOK Investments, LLC in the construction of additional leasing space for this Lafayette/Oklahoma based real estate development company.
